El presidente del Comité, Germán Antelo, anoche entregó al Museo de Historia el documento denominado "Por una nueva Bolivia" que emitió el Comité pro Santa Cruz el 1 de octubre del 2003. La entrega se hizo en la sede de Fegasacruz y asistieron autoridades departamentales.El pronunciamiento contemplaba 15 puntos, se planteaba la refundación de un país verdadero o que cada región tome su propio camino a través de las autonomías regionales basados en un Estado moderno. También planteaban la economía no dogmática, donde coexista la empresa pública, privada, social y mixta; el respeto a la libertad, igualdad, el respeto a los derechos humanos, la vigencia plena de un Estado de derecho y la seguridad jurídica, como única forma de convivencia civilizada.
En la oportunidad, Jorge Prestel, Presidente de Fegasacruz hizo entrega de un reconocimiento a Germán Antelo por su brillante gestión como líder de los cívicos cruceños (foto).
